Whole Cuts

All of our whole cuts are air dried single muscles or extra large salamis and are available sliced in 50g or  100g packs or as half or whole muscles to be sliced by you. All of our meats are sliced to order on our retro hand operated flywheel slicer so if you have any preferences on the thickness or number of slices please write in the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate. Our sliced packs are supplied vacuum packed and will last a minimum of 1 months unopened
