Producer - Woodall's Charcuterie
County of Origin - Greater Manchester
Established in 1828 Woodall's unsurpisingly know a thing or two about producing outstanding charcuterie and their Royale Ham is testament to that fact. This ham after the initial salting stage is pickled in a flavoursome mix of molasses, vinegar, brown sugar, spices and British Pale Ale, giving this ham unmistakably British flavours. After this the ham is then cold smoked for 5 hours and finally dry aged forat least 6 months.
This ham is at home in any sandwich or salad and makes a great addition to any charcuterie board
