Beal’s Charcuterie Italian Mangalitsa Salami
This Italian inspired mangalitsa salami is the third salami in Beal’s tour of Europe paying tribute to the original artisans.
Produced from the rare mangalitsa pork, seasoned with black pepper and garlic, a splash of dry white wine from Tuscany and decadent cubes of Mangalitsa Lardo, itself cured for six months already.
