An iconic farmhouse British cheese, this is Scotland’s answer to Roquefort; the rich sheep’s milk complemented by a strong, powerful blue veining. Lanark Blue was created in the 1980s and has become a modern classic.
This original and famous Blue cheese is made from unpasteurised ewes milk from Errington’s own flock of Lacaune ewes. Lanark Blue is completely handmade on their farm.
We make all our Lanark Blue with vegetarian rennet and wrap it in foil to preserve it.
