We have been working closely with Award-Winning Charcutiers, Rare & Pasture and are proud to present our very own charcuterie range!
We have combined a Boudin Noir finer texture with classic English Black Pudding spicing to give a pudding that can easily be sliced and crusted in a pan for breakfast or can be used as a cooking ingredient to enrich sauces or enhance meat and fish dishes. The key ingredient is the addition of wagyu fat which is softened and creamed into the mixture. This gives a softness and melt in the mouth texture.
