Pevensey Blue

A stylish fruity nose port which is full of intense and concentrated blackcurrant and cherry aromas. Full-bodied and firm, the palate is crammed with luscious black fruit flavours.


Alsop & Walker Sussex Brie

Sussex Brie is a creamy grassy tasting cheese, again with a natural edible white rind. Made from cow’s milk and much like the camembert will continue to mature in a fridge becoming softer and stronger for up to seven weeks.


Golden Cross Goats Cheese

A log-shaped goat’s milk cheese which can be eaten fresh or matured. Its lightly charcoaled prior to maturation when a velvety white penicillium mould develops on the surface leaving a creamy, sharp centre.


Traditional Cheese Dairy Olde Sussex

This cheese is wonderfully deep, rich and creamy, with a superb tang.


High Weald Ashdown Forester Smoked Cheese

A young, firm un-pressed cheese with a creamy, slightly squidgy texture, which has been naturally smoked over oak shavings.


Beal’s Farm Managlitsa Coppa

An award-winning British Coppa made from rare mangalitsa pigs. Whole marbled neck muscle is cured with cinnamon and cloves to produce this melt-in-the-mouth coppa.


Calcot Farm Air Dried Ham

Our smoked South Downs Ham is richly flavoured and perfect for eating on its own or in soups and stews.


Moons Greens Bresaola

A classic bresaloa with a British twist; air dried & aged for two to three months and the result is a seriously rich and intense flavoured product with hints of juniper with a lasting finish.


Curing Rebels Brighton Salami

This salami was born and bred in Brighton but influenced by a classic Italian sausage; richly scented with fennel and fragrant Tellicherry black peppercorns.


South Downs Smoky Chorizo

A semi-soft spicy chorizo with a good kick of heat from a blend of chillis.


Albourne Estate Rose De Noirs

Made from 100% red grapes, Pinot Noir in this instance. It bears a red fruit nose and palate with a refreshing crisp acidity.

Ditchling Gin

A premium London dry style gin us#ing quality UK-sourced grain with a unique array of locally foraged botanicals and the pure spring water of Sussex.
