French Raclette Cheese

Our French Raclette Cheese is a cow's milk cheese that has a light-brown rind and a semi-firm texture.

Although the French Raclette Cheese has a pleasant enough flavor, it is not special until it is heated in front of a fire or under a hot grill, and then the full nutty, sweet, and slightly fruity aroma intensifies and the elasticity of the melting cheese makes it truly magnificent.

French Raclette Cheese is used in a potato dish called raclette; the name is derived from the French verb racler (to scrape)

This is traditional French raclette cheese of very high quality and melts fantastically.

The "roast cheese" that shepherds used in the summer, among their cows, has not changed much since the Middle Ages. Today called "Raclette", always so melting and unctuous, it is a convivial dish to share in the warm atmosphere of the winter evenings by the fire.

Our French Raclette Cheese is the highest quality and will melt beautifully over any dish.

Cheese Care

Our cheeses are always best kept in the fridge but we recommend eating cheese at room temperature. Ideally, remove the cheese from the fridge around 1 hour before serving, don't panic if you don't, it'll still be delicious!

Delivery Advice
