Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese

Made in Lancashire on the farm, Inglewhite Buffalo is a cloth-bound hard cheddar style cheese, which has a smooth creamy texture thanks to the high fat content of the buffalo milk used to produce it.

The cloth-bound Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese is matured for at least 6 months after being bound in muslin cloth and coated in butter to seal in the flavour. Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese has a rich, salty, crumbly texture is absolutely perfect for grating over any type of pasta or shaving into a salad.

Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese is a pasteurised cheese that is made with vegetarian rennet and has won a whole host of awards at the World Cheese Awards.

Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese is made by Carron Lodge who just so happens to be one of our main cheese suppliers.

Cheese Care

Our cheeses are always best kept in the fridge but we recommend eating cheese at room temperature. Ideally, remove the cheese from the fridge around 1 hour before serving, don't panic if you don't, it'll still be delicious!

Delivery Advice
