Our Sussex Marble Garlic & Herb cheese is a young, firm-pressed cheese with a creamy, slightly squidgy texture, which has been layered with Garlic & Herbs.

Sussex Marble Garlic & Herb cheese is a continental style, semi-soft creamy cheese derived from Saint Giles, infused with Garlic and Herbs.

The diversity of cheeses available at the High Weald Dairy and beyond shows how complex flavours can be developed from the same base ingredient, milk.

Sussex Marble Garlic & Herb cheese is a staple on our list and changes throughout the seasons depending on the quality of milk available.

Starting with a cow milk gives a different flavour to begin with but the process of making and maturing also brings out different flavours. Taking a little time to taste cheese can help you appreciate it even more and don't forget to let it come up to room temperature first if you can.

Cheese Care

Our cheeses are always best kept in the fridge but we recommend eating cheese at room temperature. Ideally, remove the cheese from the fridge around 1 hour before serving, don't panic if you don't, it'll still be delicious!

Delivery Advice
