Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery Information

All orders placed by 12pm Monday – Wednesday will be prepared and dispatched the following day.

We use a next day courier service provided by DPD or Royal mail. If you require your order for a specific date or sooner than expected then please get in touch or choose your day at checkout and we will do everything we can to make this happen. DPD or Royal Mail will be in touch via text message to confirm delivery slots as long as you have provided a mobile number when ordering.

All of our orders are packed in state of the art transportation boxes designed to keep our products cool for up to 48 hours and should reach you in the same condition they left us, if there are any problems with your order or delivery then please let us know at your earliest convenience and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery Charges

We charge a £6.95 flat fee for all orders under £40 with free delivery for all orders above this value.

If you require a next day delivery service please contact us as this can usually be arranged for an additional fee. Saturday delivery will incur and additional charge, this is set by DPD but usually costs around £10 extra. Please be aware that if you select a Saturday this will automatically be added to your cost.


Please be aware that the sale and consumption of alcohol is only permitted for those over the age of 18. You may be required to provide proof of age when ordering or receiving alcohol from us.

Weights and Measures

We will always do our best to hit your required order weight but due to the nature of the artisan products we sell they may be slightly under or over weight, if under we will do our best to make up for this with another product.


We pride ourselves on supplying the finest artisan products and do everything in our power to ensure that these fantastic products reach you in peak condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please get in touch straight away and we will do our best to rectify any issues.


Due to the nature of the artisan products we provide occassionally we may be out of stock of a particular product, our website is designed to track stock levels but on the rare occassion that this system fails we will notify you immedietly and offer you a similar product or a refund if required.


We do hope that all of our products reach you in prime condition but if you are unhappy with any items in your delivery please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of delivery. We will arrange redelivery as soon as possible and will arrange for collection of the original order free of charge, we may ask for photographic evidence or in some instances we will collect the original delivery at our own expense.
