Golden Cross- A fantastic goats log made by Kevin & Alison Blunt in Sussex, fine and firm when young but becomes dense and creamy as it matures, this version is matured for up to 8 weeks and made by hand with a white penecilium rind rubbed with charcoal. All kids not used for milking are bred on the farm for their meat and sold by cabrito
